Backstory
Being able to walk into my father's toolshed and bring an idea to life was one of my favorite childhood memories. My passion never changed, but the scale sure did. Now I work with MorphoMFG to develop and manufacture products for entrepreneurs and startups all around the world.
I’ve been living in Shenzhen China for the last 4 years. Having 100k factories within a 5-hour drive of the office has its benefits.
The access to the worlds best supply chains, a top-notch rapid prototyping team, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing process from start to finish makes it easy for me to get you the best finished product possible.

We use rapid prototyping techniques and work with actual factories to ensure that final prototype approval is as precise as possible.
Manufacturing
Every factory we choose to work with goes through a multi-stage vetting process before being added to rolodex of trusted vendors. Only 10% meet the requirements.
Compartmentalize
Let no man hold all keys to your kingdom. Having each component manufactured in a specialized factory does three things: Protect IP, improve quality, reduce cost.
Scalability
A factory’s ability to scale is incredibly important. You do not want to be caught with your pants around your ankles when your project is a success and you now need 10x capacity from the factories.

Quality Control
QC is an active component in every project from start to finish. Using tools like the QC standard document in the early stages leaves much less room for errors during production. Of course, QC audits during production are still a necessity.
Sustainability
As a human, I believe we have the responsibility to protect our planet. China holds the top spot for greenhouse gas emissions, and yes, manufacturing plays a huge role.
Sustainability is often a large deciding factor in our factory vetting process. We provide as many options for environmentally friendly materials, and manufacturing methods as possible.
